Nikko was great! He helped us find 2 bikes for our kids, 11 and 13. He took the time to ensure the fit was correct, checked what was in stock based on our references for price point, color and style. He got us some additional accessories installed on the spot and we left with 2 happy kids and 2 new bikes.
