Taking the time to explain what my bike needed, the customer service when dropping off and picking up my bike. I appreciate the patience that was provided to me when I was placing my bike in my vehicle and the young man who helped and allowed me test drive my bike around the lot, also he provided me with assistance on putting the tire back on, the correct way to mount the bike before riding, just awesome customer service and respect.
I will definitely bring my bike back to Zion Cyclery again, and recommend their shop to others who may be looking for help with there bikes.
