I had a flat during a ride to Milwaukee on the Friday of Labor Day and thankfully you were open and Duane (sp?) was able to fix the problem quickly and get us back on the road. He was awesome.
The bad news was that the reason my tire was flat was due to a bad tape job (tubeless set up ) at your other location in Highland Park….
Regardless, I remain a happy customer due to the hard work and great attitude of people on staff like Duane (and apologies of if I have the name/spelling wrong!!)

The sales rep who sold me my bike was extremely kind and helpful in helping me choose a bike and fit the bike to me. I came in with very limited bike knowledge and he did not talk down to me. He was very skilled at the bike fitting. I feel very confident on my new bike!

Wayne was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure the brake bleed on my bike was done same day as I needed my bike for the next day. Also, the rental road bike service is nice as it’s really hard to come by such service.
Very professional and knowledgeable team. Super helpful with questions and the repair work they do is outstanding. Highly recommend! I’ll be back for sure.

Great Great Service and knowledgeable- brought in a non trek bike to service-absolutely no trouble having it fixed- and I was shown another issue with the bike that would have caused a big fall and trek fixed it.
