KC and staff at Trek HP exemplify the great value of a privately owned, family business is all about. Whether it is purchasing a bike or accessories, or requiring service on a bike, I always leave feeling so confident and satisfied about the friendliness, expertise and professionalism I received from the visit. And though that criteria outranks price, I've always found the pricing to be straightforward and fair.
As avid bikers, we look upon KC and his crew as our "Bike Doctor/Bike Hospital"!

This was my first time having my Checkpoint worked on at this store. I had a laundry list of issues for them to look at, and they found a few other issues I didn't even know about.
I picked the bike up last night and took it for a quick ride. It hasn't ridden that smooth since I bought it 3 years ago.

Really appreciate friendly and knowledgeable staff, along with timely and good value service on my bike. When I need a fix before a ride, they’re often able to prioritize it while I wait. Since I don’t have a back-up bike, nor live in the immediate neighborhood, this is a huge benefit, and keeps me coming back.

You guys are always super helpful and explain things really well. No job is too small. I brought my husband's wheelchair in to have a tire re-seated and both filled properly pressure. You fixed it while I waited. I appreciate your knowledge/expertise and willingness to help.

I drive past this shop every day, and since I recently started riding my bike again after 27 years (lol!), I decided to finally stop in and take a look around.
The guy who greeted me was incredibly friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. I’ve been looking to purchase some starter accessories, and while I could easily order everything through Amazon, Walmart, or another big-box retailer, I decided to support a local business instead.
The customer service I received definitely made a great impression. I’ll be coming back for my future bike needs and would highly recommend checking this shop out if you’re looking for great service and want to support a local business!
After having a difficult time at another shop and being way over priced for the services requested. I went to the Zion shop who's customer service and prices were extremely reasonable and very appreciated. I ran into a couple of snags with the work and they work patient and completed the work in amazing time. I will definitely continue to use their services in the future.

Incredible “bike shop”. Calling this place a bike shop is like saying a 3 Star Michelin restaurant is a nice place to eat. This is a 3 Star Michelin Bike Boutique! Amazing place, amazing staff, lots of inventory to choose from. Highly recommend Trek Highland Park for novices and tenured lifelong bike enthusiasts such as myself.
