I came to Trek HP on recommendation of a friend to get fitted and purchase an entry level road bike. I made a meeting with Corey, and he helped to explain all my options in easy to understand terms as a new rider. We picked out an appropriate sized bike and ordered it, and discussed any add ons I want to have installed prior to my fitting. I was back at store when bike arrived, Corey had everything set up for my fitting. Again, he explained everything as he measured my angles and made adjustments. He then gave me a tutorial on shifting and breaking as it has been 4 years since I rode, and that was on a hybrid. We went over pedals, shoes, clipping in and out, wheel removal, what to do with a flat/leak and set me up with tire kit. I plan to practice a lot with an experienced biking friend over the next month, then I will come back for a 30 adjustment and attend a clinic on changing a tire the shop offers monthly. All staff members were super friendly, down to earth, and gave great education to this "newbie".
Being an hour away from Trek Hp- it was definitely worth the trip! Highly recommended.

You had quick turnaround, explained the services being performed on my bike, explained best maintenance plan based on usage of my bike and even showed me my brake lines were stretched before we even left when we dropped the bike off. I felt the service plan that I picked was fair priced and was super impressed to get my bike back all cleaned up. Took it for my first ride of the year today on the bike path and rode 11 miles. The bike shifted like a dream as if it was brand new and brakes worked great.
