C2 7am yoga flows can always be a little hotter (I think should be 98+ degrees) but overall the highlight of my mornings.

Most of my days are spent taking care of other people, solving problems, and pushing through long to-do lists. When I’m in class, I can shut all of that off for an hour and focus on my body and my breath.
I also appreciate that the workouts are challenging but efficient. I don’t have unlimited time, so it matters that I can walk out feeling stronger, clearer-headed, and less stressed without spending half my day there. The consistency and structure help me stay disciplined. Very grateful for this community.

I have been enjoying the studio with great and friendly instructors and availability of classes.
Two requests:
1. Please remind everyone, especially those arriving with friends, that the studio observes a five minute quiet time before class begins. I have noticed this rule is not always well communicated and the conversations or whispering can be distracting for those who are preparing for class including me.
2. It would be also be great to have a hairdryer available, as both Tustin and Newport have one. One in Woodbridge has been out of order for months.
Great class
We were on a mini getaway to San Diego and wanted to try the Point Loma location. The studio was spacious and our instructor was marvelous.
It was my first week trial and I am obsessed. The flows were easy to follow along but challenging at the same time. Instructors were awesome!!!! Doreen and Daywa <333

Why cant you guys fix the heat in that one room? There is no excuse for it to not be optimal temperature for a location like cherry creek for years. Literally no excuse - trust me.

Clean studio
Great teachers and range of classes. Most of the times fit with my schedule. I miss the 3:30p class on Tuesday since this is mostly the only time that fits with my schedule. There was an amazing teacher at that time, but sad that he is no longer with the studio.
Friendly staff and great diversity of classes.
I love the teachers though the whole studio feels different without David.
The teachers are experienced and well trained which makes a huge difference.
My only issue is that there is not a 5pm Monday (or Friday!) class. For so many of us this is the only weekday class time we can attend. No one can replace David but please bring in someone GOOD for this time slot!
