The instructors are very experienced and fun. They are more like friends after the first class. Ryan at reception is professional & personable. His C2 flow slaps. Myrene, Jenn, & Ryanne lead empowering classes with humor and earnestness.

This is a small CorePower location that offers enough # of options for yoga classes throughout the day. I have taken two completely different yoga classes (with two different instructors) at this location, and I have loved them both. Instructors connect with their students and are skillful at reading the room and assisting those who need/want assistance. I am looking forward to keeping exploring what this location has to offer!
Sari was incredible. I've been to many CorePower classes, and even quite a few at the North Park location, and Sari was the very best instructor I have ever had. Not only did I get an incredible work out - but she also helped me tap into the goal of yoga, to unite the mind, body, and spirit. I will absolutely be back in Sari's class again!

Jesse is a fantastic instructor. I always walk away from her classes feeling like I’ve gotten good yoga session in, relaxed mind and clear train of thought to carry on joyously with my day.

I’ve taken Aquil, Elena, Ashle, and Lillian’s class all at Duboce Sunday - Wednesday so not sure who this review is for but regardless, 15/10 for all instructors/classes. Will miss my daily yoga routine.
Ryan is a great newish instructor. He has a great sequence and flow. In addition, good music I can personally flow and vibe with. His class timings are rough to take but if you’re open to a late night 8:30 sesh, would highly recommend trying his class!
Core Power on CO has a neighborhood yoga studio feel, the teachers are all amazing, friendly and all-inclusive and make me feel welcomed and comfortable
Love this studio, there is a nice community feel to it! Also, the teachers are great, the schedule has a good balance of there different classes and Theresa is a fantastic studio manager.

i absolutely love core power yoga and the staff in HB, but am disappointed in the corporate office not supporting these facilities and their staff. They need support, benefits and facilities maintenance, and I would just guess wages need to go up.

I'm so happy that teacher training is no longer happening so I can go! I would like more sculpt (in the evenings) if possible.
Ever since Kahala had a new manager, Theresa, the place now has a great vibe! All the instructors and students are happy! I'm especially thankful that we have Theresa, Sammy E, Sammi P, Maka, Scarlett, Victoria teaching the morning prime time slots! Am excited to go to my classes these days!
