Lani is AMAZING! I had never taken a yoga class before, but she made me feel so welcomed and broke the poses down so I could easily understand them. In my last class, I finally hit crow pose! It has helped my back pain and overall flexibility so much- my favorite part of Sunday is the heated community class. Everyone is wonderful and Lani is a rock star.

I love the heated sessions, its not too hot, its just enough to really expand your practice. I love the variety of classes offered, I love the staff and how welcomed I feel every time I join. Doesn't matter if I haven't been on my mat for a year, I am always embraced and feel the joy of the practice.
Rebeca M is a fantastic yoga teacher! She is on beat, counts down from top of phrase, uses cue formulas and has amazing, intentional muscle action cues!

The best corepower yoga studio ever! Tustin Corepower is my home studio and the management team and instructors have build the community for it. I started to come to this studio by myself, and fast forward 200 classes, now i have classmate to talk to before/after classes and the instructors know me by name…. I think that explains a lot!
