Kristen was excellent. Facilities are really nice. I like that there is ample parking. Wish there were more level 1 or 1.5 classes on the schedule.

Always a great experience
I love CP1 I’ve tried CP2 but it’s too intense for me. CP1 is a perfect class and I love the heated version at DTLA studio. Literally the most perfect experience and treat for thyself!

I took Melinda F's class and it was one of the best Sculpt classes I have ever taken. As someone who works out 6 times a week and has been to MANY class formats, she made the class so enjoyable, tempo was perfect, and her cues were so intentional and thoughtful. I felt extremely welcomed and will definitely be returning after such a positive experience.
