I love coming to this studio! I began attending CorePower classes in OC about a year ago and was so glad to learn that there was a newly opened studio in Carlsbad when I moved to North SD. My first class was with Crystal, and it was intense and incredibly well sequenced. Additionally, her positivity made the studio feel very welcoming and I have loved attending classes here ever since! All of the instructors are very knowledgeable, and each class is challenging yet so fun! As someone who loves a clean and tidy space, I additionally appreciate how clean the studio always is! I recommend this studio to all my friends & family :))

Noah is an excellent guide for HPF and does a good job managing the heat and humidity for a perfect hot yoga sequence.

Loved my sculpt class with Whitney A at fashion island. This class had very intentional strength training with great teaching cues from Whitney. Also loved that it wasn’t max heat. One of my favorite sculpt classes ever.
The room is usually pretty hot and that’s important when it’s a hot class . Instructors all teach very good and challenging flows . I love that they sell merchandise too !
Absolutely love it and love this location!
The teachers are amazing and range in their style which I like. So I get something different and unique each time that works muscles and pushes me in different ways every time I do a C2 or Strength class.

The instructor Ally was incredible. She has a wonderful energy and is very easy to follow. Her music also lent to the experience. I really got a lot out of it and can’t wait to go back again.
ALL the instructors are well versed and well prepared and make it fun and enjoyable while meaningful and deliberate.
I did a drop in class and really enjoyed it. Made my Friday much better
