The teachers were great, they offer a free week and a free class each week. The locker room was well stocked and clean as well.

Instructor checking if I wanted a beginner or more advanced class, giving great energy, providing modifications and corrections accordingly. Class room temperture not too hot, just perfect! Definitely coming back!

I have been taking C2, sculpt and strength classes and find the balance of the three have helped improve my mobility and strength. I really like the early classes , before 6 am preferred so I can still make it home to get ready for work and get the kids off to school
