Instructors are great, facilities are clean and well-maintained, and tons of class options.
Specifically, Mary K's pace gave me time to get into the pose properly without rushing. It was a good rhythmic flow. Her attention to form was fantastic- gentle reminders to prevent injury while getting the most out of it. Uplifting and therapeutic

One point of constructive feedback: it really could be swept/mopped more. There's always hair on the studio floors.

The instructor Damon Jones, was great, heat & class intensity. The high heat in HPF is important and D Jones gets that.
