The staff are really nice.
With La Costa open, it's been more apparent the heat difference of the studios. I don't understand instructors opening doors and cooling the room down in Encinitas when the heat isn't uniform in the room anyway. It's frustrating to feel the cold air during class when I sign up for a hot sculpt class.

The instructor, Mari, was phenomenal. Professional, energetic and so creative! I especially loved her music choices- the disco lines themed class was epic. She really made a packed studio feel so fun!

I love the high energy sculpt classes and the focused intensity of c2. CSX offers a great option for unheated lifting with a higher weight/lower rep focus. The community is great and I always feel comfortable!
Costa Mesa HPF with Kayla on Thursday night is a great experience. I have used my monthly buddy pass to invite my sister who practices at Y6 and she is loving her time practicing at CP. We are close to converting her to CorePower!!!
