Justin is an ABSOLUTE EXCELLENT instructor! His classes have a great flow and I always feel strong and invigorated after them. I’m new to yoga and wish I had found it sooner, but am so glad to be at Core Power. The staff is friendly and supportive. I look forward to a long relationship there!

I’ve been going to Core Power Yoga for a year and a half and it’s the only exercise I have ever stuck with. Every single teacher is well trained and they are calm and enthusiastic and positive. The Ventura studio is a gorgeous studio with soft lighting and it’s clean and comfortable. I like the variety of classes where I can do weight training or take traditional yoga I like that all of the teachers and the people that attend are friendly and non-pretentious Core Power Yoga and the experience of the studio has improved my life.
