My experience at Core Power Nob Hill was wonderful overall. The facility is well kept and clean with spacious bathrooms and showers. I took a C2 Candlelight class with Lola that was absolute perfection. I got a great sweat in and enjoyed her pace and tone. I definitely recommend any classes at this location, especially with Lola :)
I took Jay’s sculpt class on Sunday, and it was truly a great experience. His sequence flowed really well, and he brought incredible energy and motivation that pushed both me and the rest of the class. He’s the only instructor I’ve taken who incorporates a partner workout during the core section, which I actually find really effective.
I also got paired with the legendary Ant, an absolute badass who pushed me even further and made the workout that much more intense and fun.
Spacious, clean studio with good instructors. Highly recommend.
After just one week of attending my body now craves to come back. I’ve been to a few of the other locations but Hector’s class in Encino has been my favorite one!! I love his challenging flow, calming voice and his great song selection. I want to come back so I can continue taking his class and Laura’s as well! She has an incredible energy and amazing playlist. My body feels rejuvenated and full of energy. THANK YOU!

I absolutely loved the Core-Cella experience. I hope this is something that is permanently on the program! I have been going to corepower for four years and I have been searching for something that is core-focused. This was truly amazing!
I think this CorePower is possibly the cleanest I've been to in West LA, which I really appreciate! There was no smell and things looked clean. Instructor was great

It's secure, the lockers, shower area is so clean. I adore my last hot power yoga class with Holly on Saturday, 3.28 at the end of class she provided cold towels! That was so so nice.
I took adisons strength X full body class and was very disappointed. She rushed through class and did too many compound moves which made it confusing to all . Didn’t help others who were struggling with the excercise . I have taken many strength X classes to know this instructor needs more training and shouldn’t be teaching this format .
Yoga is my happy place in Core Power provides a wonderful experience for me every time. The instructors are well trained and attentive to alignment and thoughtful flows.

Jesse is such a phenomenal teacher. Her flows challenge me just the right amount and I love the feedback she gives to individuals. I recently just moved to the bay area and have been looking for a class to attend regularly, and her class is perfect :). I’ve been doing yoga for about 4 years now and she is one of my favorite teachers i’ve had. HIGHLY recommend any of her classes.
