I took my first hot yoga class last week and loved it!
Teachers are so knowledgeable and really care about each and every student. Always happy to answer questions. Studio for hot yoga is always hot and humidity perfect. Very challenging but fun at the same time. I highly recommend trying it you won't be sorry!
It was a good hot class instructor was different and counted down poses also provided how many of each pose which was cool
The instructors cues about hip alignments were great!

I appreciate Yukiko's legacy teaching the Hot Yoga class! It's been my primary class, there, for a number of years. The studio is great with clean space, well organized and well led and attended.

Coming from NYC I am always excited to try other Core Power classes. This was a very friendly place with fabulous instructors!!!
