Staff are very friendly. Being offered water or hot tea upon check in is a nice touch. Professional services were great and being offered a chocolate at the end was perfect for this chocolate lover.

Alexis was phenomenal! Talked through my choices and options throughly, which was much appreciated. Cut is perfect, and the color is honestly the best I’ve ever had.

I already have! Katherine was my stylist and she took so much care and time discussing my options as I grow out my gray hair. The cut she gave me was the most flattering I've had in years! I will never go anywhere else and hope she doesn't retire for many many years.

New Beginnings is like an oasis in a hectic world. Th atmosphere is calm and serene. They have a friendly, welcoming reception staff. But the best part is the wonderful stylist, JoeAnn. She has a wonderful way with my curly hair. While curly hair can be forgiving it takes a real gift to style it so that it always keeps the style and shape as it grows out.

From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of calm. I was greeted by 2 very welcoming ladies and offered a beverage (nice touch). The wait for my stylist was short, she too gave me a warm welcome before we proceeded upstairs to her station. Alexis did a great job on my hair accompanied by friendly conversation. I shared the experience with my fiancee, who will also be using Alexis moving forward. Being new to the area, I felt I'd hit the lotto finding Alexis. Highly recommend the salon and Alexis.

It was very inviting and friendly people welcoming you in. I was very nervous coming in (first hair cut post surgeries) and was looking for a professional I could trust. Marisa was so great! She was patient with me and did a wonderful job. She was very nice. I wish I had more hair for her to work with! haha. It was a great environment.

I liked everything about it. Marissa was amazing. She nails the naturally wavy hair. She was super sweet. Front seat girls were nice too. And I loved the ambiance of the place. Would highly recommend!
