Any questions I have get answered and the fees are much less than my previous board. You offer a wide varity of classes and continuing ed.
Love to see an office and CE classes offered closer to the southwest suburbs. Oswego, Yorkville area.
Mainstreet keeps the Realtors informed and up to date with local & state information. There are always classes to take for more knowledge & changes in the industry.
There are so many tools and documents available to us at any time. This is so helpful in a day in age that buyers and sellers want an immediate response.

Much too high of dues for not a lot. I realize you have many classes, but other than that, I don't really see how my money is being spent. For heaven's sake, you can't even pay an invoice without having to call in to the office to get directions. Hire a good programmer and fix that portion, if nothing else! She said everyone calls in because they can't figure it out!

The mls is great but there must be a way to integrate crm info so all my prospects are synced and I don’t have to re-enter contact info every time I find a new listing to send out or write a contract.
Ive always had a good experience from replacing ID cards to taking classes at the Association.
Everyone has always been friendly and helpful.
The personnel who answer the phone lack any warmth or care for the caller. They tend to be very curt as if they don't have time to deal with my question. I did not get the correct information when I called. I checked with my broker and she got a different answer when she called. Don't your employees consider the members as customers who need to be properly treated?

Very expensive fees with limited tools. Other MLS options provide more for the fees you charge.
