Not allowing one day codes for our sentriboxes without polling the members was just wrong. Those of us in the northern suburbs feel disenfranchised.

Lower the bill.
I don't know what the $35 assessment is for.
And I don't know what the Voice program is.
Business is down and you thoughtlessly increase the bills!
Time for you to tighten your belts and decrease your expenses just like all of us do!
