Members feel Main Street does not have their best interest in mind. From lack of updated logical forms & contracts, to taking away 1 day Sentri codes. Maybe you should have an open forum meeting, not hand selected members.
Not satisfied with training close she's sign up and the place
Our fees are outrageously high and we get so little in return.
Not sure that I would recommend your services as membership in your organization is mandatory. I do feel fees are high for what we get in return. I rarely use any services the organization offers with the exception of the Sentrilock system, which I find extremely helpful.

My recent Broker Mgt. CE class is offered by others for substantially lower prices. Reduce CE class fees to remain competitive.

Prompt response
I stopped at the Mainstreet office the other day to buy new batteries for my Sentrilocks. I was surprised at the prices of the batteries as it had increased since the last time I had purchased them. We discussed the issues with Sentrilock and the secretary there (she was filling in for the regular secretary) was explaining some of the benefits of using the Sentrilocks and also informed me of some things I did not know about using the locks. It was very informative and will definitely help me in the future. She took the time to explain it to me and I appreciated that.
