Now that you have only gone to email only for notifications, I have been charged fees for being late when I have not received the email. I never had this problem with postal mail.
You keep us well informed and provide all of the services and education oportunities that we need. Knowledgeable staff is always ready to help.

allow one day codes. It should be the seller's option whether they are allowed or not. The Board shouldn't make that decision for the owners. It has decreased security instead of increased it.

While I have no experience with other Associations, the comprehensive tools, data and training that Mainstreet offers has made getting started as Realtor much easier!
I don't believe Mainstreet understands the difficulty of being an agent these days, i.e., a lot more work, learning lots of new things all of the time, and quite frankly; when am I suppose to step away from the computer to put a deal together. I could work on my computer 24/7. So I call about one item that I'm upset with and I'm told to write an email. Can't any just record my issue/concern, my ID number, add a date and put it on the pile with hopefully the many other complaints of the same a nature?
