You can pay your bill online
We need one day codes back. That is the advantage of sentrilock. I have had to switch back to combo boxes. It is difficult to always have to meet inspectors, appraisers & agents without sentrilock. It is a waste of my time.

There is no need to recommend your organization to a friend - if they are a business associate in Real Estate - they already know of you.

The MLS is very user friendly and provides a wealth of information to provide to our clients. The staff if efficient in responding to questions.

When paying the dues there should be more explanation on how to remove the donation fee. The fee should be what it is and at the end there should be a choice to add the donation if you feel like it. It is almost like you are trying to trick the agent and that doesn't seem right. I know a couple of new agents that didn't check and paid full $530 because they didn't ask how to remove it and they waited till the last day to pay it. Once they found out that I paid $505 they didn't understand why. I explained it to them but as a new agent myself I could see their frustration.

I've been a realtor for 13 years and not convinced what benefit any of these organizations are.
1. While I agree with the stand taken on not issuing one day codes, the other boards make it very difficult as they don't require agents to have sentri cards.
2. We pay dues for NAR, IAR and local boards and how do all these associations, groups benefit us realtors.
