YOU HAVE VERY GOOD INFORMATION ON YOUR WEB SITES AS TO WHAT COURSES YOU HAVE AND SEMINARS THAT ARE AVAILABLE. THE 6.0 CONTRACT STEP BY STEP BY LYNN IS VERY GOOD. I WILL BE LOOKING MORE AND MORE ON THE WEB SITE.

Fees are very high for someone that is not active. Why can't there be a reduced fee for people who want to keep their license active and not pay over $1000 in fees for everything?

I do not like having to pay dues in December right before Christmas. Would prefer to pay in July or even to make payment through out the year.

You already know from other members...............the tech part of belonging to this organization has become overwhelming for us older memebers and the fees are too high for the market

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Class required for licensure are not clearly defined. Fees are really high for new agents. The reality is brand new agents who have never been a real estate broker are not able to recover the $850 to start, $195, 504, for the first year . This is after paying 637 for our license class. There is no preliminary period for us to catch up to break even. I'm sure you've heard this before. Thanks for listening to my two cents!
