All of my re friends wish you would change the date of dues....on top of all the money spent in December, a huge bill from you.
Your fees are way too high and you offer no payment arrangement like CAR. Agents should be offered payment arrangements. At least breaking down everything in 4 payments. I also think the deadline should be the end of January.

All the information, training, education, and programs available.
I like everything about Main Street services. They really care about agents and their success. They provide training, keep us up to date on pertinent matters, and just help with overall functions to assist agents to be the best that they can be. The people at Main Street also have patience, they are always there to answer questions and ALL are very kind and do whatever it takes to help.
Certain charges that are not mandatory are difficult to remove prior to processing payments. It has been made difficult to remove.
Love the resources available such as forms, classes and training.
Always very responsive.
You have nothing set up for appraisers even though we pay the same dues as realtors. I’ve asked every year for 20 yrs and always the same response - we’re working on it.
Mainstreet is the BEST real estate organization for any Realtor professional. Top Tier!
The staff is wonderful. I like the variety of events and classes offered and the support they offer their members!
So many services are offered and it makes me aware of how much more there is to learn!
Fees only continue going up, our fees don’t seem to be helping legally, disappointed with outcome in class action suit
Because you guys are a ripoff. And then, you try and window as much money as you can out of us agents, wherever you can. By adding these ‘donations’.
You have a monopoly and we can’t get around it. If we could, we would join elsewhere.
Make continuing education a smoother process

Does not seem like this association cares about brokerages or agents. Just looking to make money off the agents. I even voiced my opinion to the president of mainstreet and only got a generic response confirming my biases

I feel like it’s so so so expensive with fees that seem to come up so quickly. And if there are tons of free benefits that I’m supposed to be getting by paying a thousand or so each year outside of the MLS Useage that I use I am not seeing the value of paying so much.
Everything Main Street does is geared towards residential brokers. There are many flaws in the multiple listing system that are related to commercial listings that are not addressed.

I don't like being forced to be a member just to get MLS access.
The training offered is sub-par compared to what my brokerage offers.
Stop charging the NAR public awareness fee as mandatory. I don't care if the public is aware of NAR.
Offer real actual health plans with competitive rates and co-pays.
