I love how actively involved MORe is with the community. They also are determined to host events (in person or zoom) that will truly help benefit myself in my real estate business. also there are so many resources and tools readily available with a quick search! Great service and trainings
I had a problem and I was able to place a phone call and get it fixed fast. Sometimes, a conversation is required to resolve issues. The answer cannot always be found by logging into the website.
Services are vast... thankful for them compared to what other parts of the country
provide.

I recently need some information on Internatioal Transactions. Donna Wilson was so helpful and whent abouve and beyond to get me theinformation and contacts I needed. Way to Go Donna!!

I love the diversity training, the book club was amazing (The Person You Mean to Be
Dolly Chugh). I would like other training opportunities that have good info at low cost. And Virtual/hybrid training is best because I am not really near an office.

The variety of classes and forums. The competency of the staff. The willingness to receive honest feedback
Always improving - adding useful apps - rolling out timely training - friendly staff. Not great at following up on things previously discussed (like need for new classes). No effort in finding cost efficiencies so our dues get lowered.
Don’t cancel your classes if they’re not 100% filled

Fees are too high and then y’all went up on the fees. Late fees are applied too quick. Paying more fees for the same services. Not everyone’s business is going successfully but y’all change as if everyone is making 6 figures. Just greedy.

Mainstreet has everything a new agent would need to help them get started; numerous classes to choose from and so many helpful people to ask for clarification when they are still questioning themselves...then as we are no longer a "Newbie" and have gotten out there we still find Mainstreet the go to organization for all the right answers and of course all the updated forms we could ever need and all the training provided-knowledge is something you can never have enough of especially when the market continually changes and let's not forget we are of course reminded of FEES & DUES and all pertinent news...Long after we've been licensed, more than 20 years we realize just how lucky & Thankful we are to belong to Mainstreet-one of the absolute BEST organizations there is...While we hopefully have found our 2nd homes by now w/ our amazing Managing Brokers and even w/ all our offices do for us, we still rely & need Mainstreet who continually comes up w/ new programs & up to date training to help us always do a better job!!!!
