We offer a wide variety of services, committees, tools and resources for all agents. Plus I think MainStreet just does a better job than other associations.

Mainstreet Organization of Realtors (MORE) has been very beneficial to my 32-year real estate career!
MORE offers excellent services, technology, tools and outstanding training. I have completed many of my professional certifications, designations and CE through them. The instructors have experience working in our industry and bring a wealth of data. The C2EX training was awesome with Lynn Madison!
I love the updates by e-mail to keep me informed on what is happening in the industry. It is important to always be learning new things to stay an expert for our clients.
Prior to the MORE merger, I was active on the Education Committe, and Broker Lawyer Committee in Arlington Heights. It was challenging to get 25 Realtors and Attorneys to agree on the rewrite of contracts! We did not always win. If you don't like the forms, volunteer!
I appreciate having satellite locations, and the newer Rolling Meadows location. I lived in Lake County but covered the north and northwest suburbs. Zoom and webinars have been great tools and time savers.
Thank you for all of your services and support! As Arizona becomes my new home, I will miss you! I may join the Scottsdale Board of Realtors training staff here. I want to help develop the next generation of real estate professionals and have some fun enjoying 330 days of sunshine!

The services Mainstreet offers to their members far supersedes the expectations of its members. In addition, the employees are always there to help in anyway they can. I know if I call or email, my issues are addressed immediately.

Property listed and hidden for weeks. Bring back faxing or emailing listing agreement to mainstreet
Less class time. The overall education requirements to become a realtor in Illinois from pre-license class and then the national and state exam and then the post licensing, CE, the mainstreet class and the company training is overkill. Some of the education is great but the real way to learn is to jump in and get at it. All this education takes away from time we could be chasing money and learning through real life transactions. If you can't communicate with people you shouldn't be in this business in the first place. I've spent 6 months from start to finish on education requirements and training and all I've done is spend money instead of making it.
