I think it functions well and the staff are always helpful
Professional and always available to answer questions.
Ease of access. Friendly Service. Great education - although the Brian Buffini event in early fall was a complete waste of time since nobody knew how to get the sound working.

Without exception when I call for information of assistance, I get the recording that all associates are not available. I will immediately call back and ask if there is an alternative person I can speak with, sorry no. I will leave a voice message to have the person I am attempting to speak with and ask for a call back. No one ever returns my calls.
The fees are high.
The biggest thing is to move the billing from DECEMBER to June or July.
Be more realtor friendly with contracts. The newest contract has caused a lot of controversy with realtors and attorneys. Sometimes I feel that a number of your board members have not been active in real estate for quite some time. I realize in this troubling time for our economy everyone is trying to cover their butts, but making it more difficult isn't really working.
Fees are too expensive. Need to look at how to lower our fees.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, very patient and efficient. I really like taking with them!
The web site is user friendly and easy to navigate. The only possible improvement that comes to mind is the payment process, which appears in legacy style.
This is an odd question. There really is no reason that I would recommend Mainstreet ....it is just the umbrella group we use.

I appreciate that the Board has a Government Affairs division with representation locally. I have personally called on Tom Joseph numerous times this year, and he has personally become involved at the transaction level running interference between me and the building departments of more than one municipality. Tom is highly knowledgeable when it comes to the local ordinances that affect our business and the lengths to which the municipalities can -- or cannot -- go. His assistance was directly responsible for numerous sales that otherwise would not have closed due to municipal interference.

dues are extremely high and what we get for them does not equate in my mind
As a Realtor I don't have a choice but to join Main St. I also don't like how the non-realtor members use the roster info or listing info to contact agents and or sellers. I am not saying you are not doing a great job. I just don't like being contacted by Loan Officer's that I have never met or from an Alarm Company offering me an incentive to convince my clients to activate their alarm.

Reminder calls and the fact that Mainstreet due are not high like other organization.
I like the classes provided and the site is easy to navigate. Plus there is always someone to help you when you need it.
sent me to billing where I was put on hold - then asked me to leave a message which I did, and did not hear back for over 1/2 hour, so called back, and then was taken care of quickly.
I love our association because anytime I need something whoever I speak with goes above and beyond to assist!!

Location is fairly close to where I live, which makes it great to attend live classes (Downers Grove location). People have been very helpful with questions I have had as a new agent. Website is easy to use with all the forms I need (which is much harder to find on MLS) and making payment is easy to do online. I also REALLY like and appreciate the Phone call reminders regarding bills that are due on my account b/c I rarely check it. I have not paid a bill late b/c of it! Thank you!
