How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

You did not disappoint me. My colleagues are required to join MORe and my other friends have no reason to join MORe so I do not believe I am likely to have an opportunity to recommend MORe to either a friend or business associate. That is the only reason I am not likely to recommend MORe to one of those two categories of people.

What could we do to improve?

Stand behind an agent/broker. Whys is it that I report so many mistakes on our MLS and they never get rectified? I thought brokers are suppose to be fined for this? "Honesty" needs to be implemented more so now than ever in this business!
