online services. What I don't like is the elimination of the one day code - which has caused agents/brokers to use combo lock boxes or worse - go to another association in order to utilize the one day code.
I feel that our association does a great job of keeping its members informed. As well as provide excellent support. These are two important components to insuring we as Realtors are knowledgeable and professional.

PAYING ONLINE WAS A TOTAL HASSEL AND I HAD TO CALL TO YOUR OFFICE. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY NICE, BUT I HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AT MEMBER SERVICES.
THE RPAC CANCELLATION HUNG UP MY LAPTOP FOR QUITE A WHILE AND THEN WOULDN'T LET ME CHANGE THE AMOUNT AFTER IT TOLD ME TO "0" IT OUT AFTER I BLANKED OUT THE FIELD. THET WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL TO KNOW BEFOREHAND.
HAD TO LOG IN AT LEAST 3 TIMES TO GET THIS TASK ACCOMPLISHED.
I HAVE HAD THEW SAME PASSWORD FOR ABOUT 25 YEARS-EVER SINCE I BECAME LICENSED AND DON'T REMEMBER CHANGING IT TO ALL CAPS-EVER, BUT IT WAS WHEN IT WAS EMAILED TO ME.

Still looking for more training, meetings, etc in Lake County in support of the all the members in this northern area of the organization's territory.
Every year we pay more and more to the board and I dont know for what. I have not used the board for anything ever since 1987. And please do not consider that realtor magazine a good reasone for a $500 bill, highest subscription ever. The board makes a fortune on us Realtors with NO RETURN.

Not happy that in order to pay via the web site I was required to make additional donations I did not want to make.
Most of my friends and business associates are non-realtors,I don't know why I would be referring them to Mainstreet.
Very accessible
