How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The fees are getting to be a little bit too high. I know one independent who just goes online with Redfin, Trulia/Zillow and is doing just fine..Obviously has cut his costs significantly.

I like the classes, the ease of payments, the free get togethers like the Octoberfest, with vendors. I like being able to get help when needed.

MLS doesn't compare to GNIAR capabilities. More CE in Southern burbs.

Her friendliness, time effencency, knowing my needs and accuracy of job. She was so fast I couldn't believe it not to mention happy to help! I literally got off the phone and said holy cow!, someone who knows her job & did it amazingly quick and friendly you never see that anymore!!!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The fees keep increasing and I don't see any real value at this point. It seems that there would have been an evaluation to see if you agents can even afford these increases base on the unstable market and the agents volume of sales.
