It is the best MLS I have ever used in my career I started real estate IL in 1972 and then in 1979 move to CA until I moved back in 2009. Beleave me it is the great MLS I have used over the years. Keep up the great work.
Education selections.

Two things: yearly goals and what and how much was achieved at year end. Basically, quantifiable yearly document of success and plan for next year to be shared before yearly dues.
One day codes is still an issue and should be a Brokerage decision not a Association decision.
Mainstreet offers many different avenues to help Realtors succeed.

As an appraiser, the only reason I have membership is for access to MRED. There is no need for me to recommend MOR to business associates as you have the market cornered I believe.
The fees are too high. They continue to climb every year.
