I reported one listing - mainly Fannie Mae - advertising a property during the first look - open to owner occupants only - and my clients' offer was being rejected...cash and at list price that Fannie Mae is asking for scope of work and additional proof of funds for the amount of work needed that was not requested as per the listing remarks. I did not want the listing agent get a fine - this was intended to see if we could punish Fannie Mae for listing a property and not accepting a full price cash offer...I later discovered that the agent got penalized for something his client was doing = absolutely unfair thus he had been very helpful to me and communicative. Again I did report the seller - not the agent and the agent got the automated fine. I also was not asked about my name/agent ID thus I could do it anonymously which I did not want to. I always stand behind what I say and wanted to make a point that it was unfair by Fannie Mae....but I guess this was treated completely different way I wanted to be.
I just found out that anyone can report a violation pretty much with no support - anonymously and that accused agent gets the automatic fine...SO UNFAIR...this will be messy and that is wrong. Unfortunately there are a lot of jealous agents that will report thus they are not as busy as the others. It will reflect on the agent's Error & Omission Insurance...the agent will have to go in front of the judge (spend time with the hearing)...NOT FAIR...should never been voted.

AFTER A WEEK OF TRYING TO GET ME SWITCHED OVER FROM MY OLD COMPANY --- I WAS DEACTIVATED AND I COULD NOT GET ON FOR AN ENTIRE NIGHT AND WAS ALSO TOLD I WAS UP AND RUNNING. I WAS DRIVING AT THE TIME SO I DID NOT CHECK- THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AFTER I WAS CHARGED $50.00 BY MORE WHICH HAS INCREASED SINCE JANUARY OF THIS YEAR SO THAT I CAN HAVE A CLIENT CALL ME AND I HAVE TO TELL THEM I CANNOT GET ON MY SYSTEM! THIS SHOULD BE MUCH EASIER!!! YOU SHOULD REFUND MY ENTIRE COST!!! Name removed

Better regional distribution of activities, classes, etc. - impression is they're weighted toward the south (Downer's Grove). Those of us who were assimilated from RANWC sometimes feel a little... 2nd class.
Every year u represent the extra money for donations like it is mandatory. This is what you would expect from a used car dealer.

Don't be so afraid of giving some basic legal advice. I cannot afford to keep an atty on retainer. Currently I have two deals totally $29k and no one wants to give me some guidance or even, for that matter, what I may have done wrong. It's awlful lonely out here all by myself and don't our contacts mean anything or will they stand up in court?
Most of the Realtors I know are members, in fact, I do not know any who are not. I think the programs this year have been great. Loved having Terry Watson this year and Marki is always a great addition for classes.
