There needs to be improvement on the telecheck system for sure. It should not be this hard to submit a payment for fees. When I called the office, even they had an issue with it and didn't seem to know what or how to make this work...
Find another company, where it isn't so sensitive and operation... when you have all the correct information there and it still tells you, your MICR number is wrong... its very frustrating!!!1

I don't understand what choice they have? Membership is required. Why recommend a mandatory thing?
Change the Sentry card rules to allowing updates over an entire weekend. Updating the card every single day is a nuisance and very annoying when in a hurry to get ready to show properties early in the day.
I tried to print my fees PDF for last year. Mainstreet would allow me to print on pdf but not the other! It was very disappointing and frustrating during this tax season to get the information I needed to file my taxes.
