Move dues payment away from holiday season.
You are adopting NAR's "citation policy" which I find offensive, oppressive and nothing more than a way to generate money for the association. You have in effect stripped a members "due process" rights away in favor of some perceived attempt to generate more ethics complaints to clear up the industry of unethical behavior. IAR's presentation on the subject made it sound as if there were hundreds of thousands of unethical Realtors roaming the streets like Zombies, spewing unethical behavior like a virus on each other and the public. In reality, very few Realtors engage in such behavior and the system currently in place affording a member maximum due process rights works fine. Shame on you.
I like the website, it's very helpful to find any documents. Also, when I call the customer service I always get swift answer.
Any question or problem is responded to in a timely manner.

Other boards are more active with their members, offer more assistance and charge a little less. I originally joined bc of mike manno who no longer is there.

Not much today. I left 2 voice mails with Membership to get information for a new agent I was signing up at 12:30 today. NO ONE called me back.

Seems like a lot of money for not much. Realtors constantly violate rules/regulations/requirements; list properties incorrectly, and it seems like no one follows up, because the same incorrect listings keep turning up.
