Class selections are great and the staff is always available to answer questions.

The whole website is not nearly as sophisticated or easy to use as zillow, trulia or redfin. I have signed in withy client, and it is not easy to navigate or organize. Also, we choose up to two Times daily to "run" our search, while the other sites run all day. I use outside searches so I am not out-done by my clients!
It isn't that the organization disappoints. I selected 5 because I am relatively neutral. The website provides the forms I need when I need them. That's good. Beyond that, I pay a lot of money for someone who doesn't use many of the other resources. I wish that you offered some sort of membership-light offering. In the meantime, I am turning more of my attention to my real estate business and my opinion may change as a result of that.
I like being able to get information I need quickly, such as class offerings, state requirements and other real estate information to run my business as efficiently as possible.

For the record, the best place to get answers is the Tinley Park location, they are always on top of things, excellent job!

Website accessability. Cannot access my paid invoices for tax filing. Website says downloading and all i get is the blank screen with the little spinning wheel.

Being a new member i have had lots of questions. Anytime i call the staff is nice and seem almost excited to help. Itd a breathe of fresh air seeing people actually care about the quality of service they provide. Its hard finding good work now adays

Is there a tab that says forms? If not my suggestion would be to add one for the ease of the user.
