When our office switched from our local board to your board, you had an office in Naperville. Your closest office is in Downers Grove and that is quite a trek, both ways. As a busy agent, it's hard to give up two hours just for the commute. I needed batteries for my Sentrilock, and I had to drive out there on a Friday afternoon. Wish you were closer or that you could handle things via USPS or UPS. Thank you.

Mainstreet hasn't really disappointed me but they never answer the phone when I call. I always get VM. I registered for online cont. ed and have not received the materials yet and it has been 2 days.

There are not enough really good attractions and events when it comes down to our board. It is always the same old thing and the same people. No diversity.
Sentrilock 1 day codes should not have been taken away, especially when the brokers paid for the key boxes. I feel this was disrespectful to the brokers and needs to be revisited.
