You have a vast amount of knowledge available to me to help run my business efficiency. I really like the tech corner. Your staff is very friendly and helpful.

What could we do to improve?

Most of the staff is very responsive. Some departments are difficult to get through to. Also, the website regarding classes for new agents is a bit confusing. Better explanation if the connect mls classes would be most helpful. Overall, MORE does a very good job.

The Chicago Association of Realtors seems to do a lot more for members such as events, award parties, etc.

You did not disappoint. My answer would be "does not Apply" but that is not a choice. Who would I recommend you to. My Realtor friends are signed up where their office is.

Offer more free education. With the amount of fees we pay to Mainstreet every year, it would be really nice to be able to attend classes without paying to attend every time!
