I think it was a HORRiBLE decision to not allow one day codes to be issued for Sentrilock key boxes. Because Mainstreet does not require every member to have a Sentrilock card if an agent such as myself uses the Sentrilock boxes vs the old fashioned combo boxes this often times results in agents not showing homes because they cannot access the home unless the listing Gent meets them at the property. How is this good for the seller? It's lost opportunity. Not to mention there is a reason for the Sentrilock boxes...safety to the seller...the ability to monitor and make sure that the showing agent is actually present at the showing. I could go on and on. Terrible decision. Either allow one day codes again and get all members a card.
Very friendly, knowledgeable and quick responses with answers to problems. Love being able to sign up for courses or presentations online. Always have coffee and supplies for the presentations/classes. Very nice people.

Sentrilock repairs and procedures. Frustrating to have to speak with a representative via phone from Mainstreet office to solve problems. Maybe have a tech or representative from Sentrilock onsite.

I wish that our organization would fight more against the municipalities that have pre-sale inspections and turned them more into a brand new home inspection thus 100 bullet points on the inspection report that is supposed to be safety is not right. Also Village of Lyons is requesting very high escrows from buyers ($5,000 and more) that have to be put up as a check and will not allow insurance bonds which is so wrong thus most of the FHA buyers do not have that kind of money and they are doing mostly renovation financing on homes of $100,000 and less and all their violations are covered under the financing terms anyhow.

Not disappointed, just never really had a chance to recommend Mainstreet to any agent. Most agents that get licensed join Mainstreet in my area.
