I think that you are doing the best job that you can. Everyone is always helpful and courteous. I just don't understand why there is a need for more than one board. We have mred, IAR and NAR. There are a lot of layers for the individual Realtors to support.

The dues structure is aweful. New members shouldn't have to pay dues for months they are not a member on the first part of the year.I think it is an unethical practice that is used as a revenue stream for the Organization.Charge new members dues for the dates starting the date they join the board and not a penny more.

monitor violations more closely, and follow up when we report violations, i.e. room sizes or locations or false comments in remarks. I have reported listings that were never addressed or changed. it is NOT fair to the rest of us that some offenders habitually make incorrect comments, don't count rooms correctly, etc etc. and I don't think it is fair to those companies that have brick and mortar offices and have staff to hold earnest money etc should be able to enjoy the MLS exposure. Additionally, I don't like that you partner/sell our listings to entities that want to sell our own listings back to us.

The people are nice and informative. I like the many different classes offered that keeps us up to date on the different changes that are going on plus some include breakfast or lunch.

I hate that many times we call, you get a voice mail, very aggravating . I have been a Realtor on the old Northwest Board, Subuurban and here for 39 years and I miss not getting a real person most of the time.
