first of all the staff, this brings me back it's always working with the right people in any organization that is important. Your location, plenty of parking. Classroom is a good size to hold many realtors. Programs that are offered - and not just continuing ed but other speakers, webinars and of course price. Always looking out for our wallet. A good place to be associated weith.

I just finished my CE for my Managing Broker's License. I've always thought you had high quality classes and instructors. But this time around I was pleasantly surprised of how you now have sponsors bring in lunch for all day classes and a nice snack for the smaller ones. It removes the need to leave the building and creates a great networking opportunity.
I don't like calling over there because it's hard to get a good answer to a question sometimes. It takes some doing. I wish it were easier; I feel I could be a better Realtor because I would be on top of things because it was easy to stay well-informed about issues. This is not the case at Mainstreet. I called once a couple weeks ago and no one could answer my question so I was told that Kate would call me back either that day or the next. She never called. Seems with all the employees that Mainstreet has that someone should be knowledgeable enough to be able to help me. The only one whose answers I can rely on about most issues is Kate and she is very busy.
Also, and I don't know if this is Mainstreet specific or not, but it does not seem that there are consequences for violating the rules. When Kate did not call me back, I called again and spoke to her. She told me for a repeat offender Realtor who gave out lockbox combinations to members of the public, there is only a $1000 fine and no Ethics violations or anything. I find this ridiculous. If the reason we are licensed in the first place is as we all know, "to protect the public", then lets do exactly that and put in place sanctions with some teeth in them. I am very disappointed.

To much on the site and it keeps changing and seems a though you have a lot of special interest groups on this site and the computer programers who make changes just keep making it harder for us in stead of easier.
