there needs to be more evening classes for CE, especially for those of us who are working other jobs until the real estate starts to bring in enough income.

I do love our association. Although I would like to comment that some of the staff seems stressed of late, and not as welcoming as in the past. This business is stressful, and feeling like our association is "stressed" or "unfriendly" while answering our questions might be something you can address for us.

Class and seminar subjects are very relevant- Lynn Madison is so knowledgable//Chris Bird takes dry subjects and makes them interesting.
some CE instructors are not the best. Course times and places and webinars are offered for those who work at Real Estate full time.
