The number one thing I'm happiest about is the fact that the decision was made not to allow one day codes for Sentrilock. It has raised professionalism in our business, and always gives me a chance to have a conversation with agents who are requesting a showing, but say "Oh, I don't have a Sentricard". I tell them: It's a tool of our trade...aren't you a professional? Why wouldn't you?
I sound like an ad for Sentrilock...but security is such a concern, and with so many agents just giving a push button code to their clients, or clients sneaking back without an agent...to me, there is no question!

Seems to me that MORE is not up to date on what is happening with IDFPR. My company was audited 2 years ago; I am the Managing Broker. I went to MORE staff for help to prepare for the audit and received little help. I went to Mike Fair and he was a wealth of knowledge!! Mike was supportive, very knowledgeable on how to help! I passed IDFPR audit with excellent results due to Mike Fair not with any help from MORE. After Mike's help, I took his CE courses.
During audit, I was verbally abused by IDFPR auditor Paula Thompson (if remember her name correctly? Frankly, I choose to forget that painful situation!). Ms Thompson was loud, condescending, rude, unprofessional. She sat at my desk chair for 10 minutes and verbally bullied me. I went to MORE to report Ms Thompson's abuse and felt that MORE staff was not interested. During my audit, Ms Thompson stated that "100% of all Illinois real estate offices were being audited" and she went onto tell me that this was a published fact and that MORE should have been aware because my office was one of the last offices to ve audited.... So I pay my dues only to go to kind, ultimate professional Mike Fair for help. Seriously, the audit was a horrible, gut-wrenching experience and MORE was of little help.

MRED Realist is down an awful lot. As an appraiser, it is crucial that this feature be easy to access. Yes, the Tax Brief under Additional Features helps in a pinch, but it doesn't allow easy access to sales/transfer history, which is part of the appraisal report not only for the subject, but the comps as well. Also, the prior setup of being able to copy and paste comp photos was so much easier and time-saving than having to download the pictures into a file and then bring them up to copy and paste.
