Very Friendly and always there to help!!
I did just attend my 12 hour Managing Broker Class at Tinley.
The Class was Great!!
I was surprised that an Attorney Gary Davidson was there promoting himself at lunch, He even gave out items.
City Wide Title was also there 2 days.
They brought the lunch
Which is very common
But now I am receiving emails from Gary Davidson Team for promotion.
I do not like that our names and emails are given out for promotional purposes
If we are interested in the Sponsors for Lunch we will give them out cards.
I was just surprised at this.

I am a new broker and thus far I have had good experiences when contacting you for anything. I felt I just haven't had enough interaction with you yet to rate this question a 10.
I like the reminder of phone calls when the fee is due. We are very busy people and sometime we forgot when the bill is due.

Accurate information at your finger tips
The lock boxes are Malfunctioning a lot and with no one day codes we are losing showings...I feel that I need to put two lock boxes on every listing which defeats the purpose and security.
