I am turned off by your zeal for high dollar fines for first time issues. Yours is a very unfriendly organization - and I have never been fined but I have been threatened several times. Clearly, you view your group in a much better light than the membership does.
You sent out out our Realtor dues invoice very early....that was great. I divided my due into four payments and set my bill pay system to sent in 1/4 of the payment each month. I received a call from Accounting advising that they cannot accept partial payments and they were returning my payment. You just can't win with this Association. You don't like answering the phone, you don't like accepting partial payments....what do you do for the members?
You offer a lot of education
You didn't disappoint, but it's a moot question. Most if not all of the brokers that are in my area are already members of Mainstreet. It isn't even something we discuss.
