Professional services
Offer more free education. With the amount of fees we pay to Mainstreet every year, it would be really nice to be able to attend classes without paying to attend every time!
I don't use the site. I only subscribe for MLS access.
Level of service and excellent class and ongoing education. They care about the Realtor and the daily struggles of the envirnoment we are working in today.
We really need to move to a fully electronic process. The idea of paying docusign or subscribing to services from Adobe is a little embarrassing. Our business is so heavily dependent upon contracts, we should have the option for digital signatures available through MORE and linked directly to the MLS. The cost can be rolled into our dues. The only thing that would be expensive is the up front cost to build the technology. After that it's just maintenance. It's so frustrating that agents have such hefty dues and if we don't pay for 3rd party services to help ease our jobs, we have to print out 30 page contracts and addendums and drive them to our customers.
I was sent a nasty email for missing jumpstart and a $50 invoice for failure to appear. I called and emailed prior to the start of jumpstart to reschedule, but nobody responded. I also called and emailed regarding the $50 invoice and again I never received a response. No phone call. Maybe someone replied to one of my numerous emails, and it was filtered to spam and I missed it or something, but that still doesn't excuse the fact that nobody responded to the voicemails I left.
Put one day codes back in use on lockboxes
I like that I can call if I have a question and talk to a live person and get answers, and that person was kind too,

You did not disappoint. My answer would be "does not Apply" but that is not a choice. Who would I recommend you to. My Realtor friends are signed up where their office is.
