Good: locations, staff and classes.
Needs help: offer more classes without fees. Explain where the annual fees go. Answer why the Board provides our listings to websites like Trulia, Zillow and Realtor.com just for them to charge us back again when they get leads for our listings.
Reason for the high rating is that all the Boards do the same thing. It seems like they're no longer fighting for the Realtors, but instead for profits for themselves.
The attitude of all the people who work for Mainstreet is always trying to do a great job!
I like the quick response that is given when I call to have a question answered.
I also, like the fact that it doesn't take long for a return call, when the person I need to speak with is not available at the time.

invoice confusing for dues. what is optional? why is there not due date on invoice?
I've been a member for many years and I feel it's the best place for training new agents. Trainers are knowledgeabe and professional. Always up to date on new changes and information. Any questions and issues are answered promptly. Great staff.
