I called More this morning at 9:15 to get information about training information/classes for a new agent in our office. I was sent to voicemail. Here it is 10:45 and I have not gotten any call back about my request. I would have expected a quicker response than that!

They try to keep the agents informed and encourage/remind them how to treat customers/clients. What is trying to be taught today is how it was when I started in 1978. Work SMARTER not HARDER by building a base and keep on top of it as it will pay you back someday that is if you are still in the Real Estate Industry.

I have been able to get assistance for the most part when needed. I have had some issues reaching people in the Sentrilock area on the phone which has been a bit of a problem but the issues have been resolved to my satisfaction.
