I HAVE BEEN PART OF THIS ORGANIZATION FOR 32 YEARS AND SPENT 12 YEARS ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND FEEL THE ORGANIZATION HAS LOST TOTAL CONTROL OVER ITS MEMBERSHIP...WE ARE TOO BIG, AS FAR AS THE MLS IS CONCERNED AND I HAVE FOR AT LEAST A COUPLE OF YEARS NOW DISCUSSED WITH THE MORE SEASONED REALTORS THE CONSTANT PROBLEMS THAT WE MEET EVERYDAY IN TRYING TO DO BUSINESS. THE OLD PROBLEMS THAT WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN DEALING WITH ARE NOT THE ONES THAT PAIN THE "GOOD" REALTORS. ITS THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM ON THE PART OF THE AGENTS THAT HAVE ENTERED OUR BUSINESS IN THE LAST 10 YEARS OR SO....MY COMMENT TO THE PEOPLE I SPEAK TO IS THAT THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL GROUP OF REALTORS I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY 32 YEARS AND EVERYONE AGREES WITHOUT HESITATION...UNFORTUNATELY I BELIEVE ITS TOO LATE TO FIX IT. THE CAT IS OUT OF THE BAG AND NO ONE IN OUR BOARD KNOWS OR CARES ENOUGH TO FIX IT.

You make it very simple to adhere to the monetary deadlines with your regular 'reminders' and it is very much appreciated.
Value for the cost is not there. For the cost of the year membership the MLS should be include. Along with the cost CE through the association is to high and there is no added value over taking CE somewhere else. The association is also out of touch with affiliate members and providing value for them.
