THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BECOMING LIKE WHEN YOU CALL A GOVERNMENT OFFICE YOU DONT GET INMEDIATE ATTENTION LIKE BEFORE AND SOMETIMES YOU DONT HAVE THE RIGHT ANSWER, I THING YOU HAVE RETRAING THESE PEOPLE, OR CHECK FOR QUALYTY IN THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE

I am having trouble finding descriptions of classes. There are tons of classes available on the calendar, but I would like to read a description of the classes so I know what to sign up for...especially the CE classes.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I joined mainstreet and a affiliate in early October To this date I do not have a password or my membership information to log on to the web site. I have made calls and email every week to get this information with no avail.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I'm still a bit confused on how this is beneficial to affiliates. The weekly email I received seems 100% geared towards realtors. I think maybe the only benefit to me would be the list of realtors to do business with. I was looking for more from this website in terms of affiliation.
