It's required to be in the business. Your website for verification is awful. Type too small.
You provide a lot of diverse services and in different locations
All the services and education. Association also keep us updated on changes in rules and laws.
Have live instruction at the Tinley Park location. E.g.,Orientation classes looking at a monitor for 8 hours is grueling dreadful, awful experience.
Enhance your events at the Tinley Park location and don't cater so much to the Downer's Grove location. Our dues matters and we deserve better services at the Tinley Park location. I understand instructors like to be close to their homes...but quality assurance for your members have value that results in member retention. This is an internal PR issue....the voice of the member matters.
Furthermore, don't challenge your audience opinions...rather look for problem resolution. Afterall, The organization solicited my thoughts and opinions.

I think you do a great, great job. The only hing that really, really bugs me is that you, for whatever reason, listened to the few individuals complain about one day codes, removing that part of the Sentrilock system. Its not any safer, its just something to blame a bad event on. If people want to steal from you they will find a way to steal from you. It's that simple.
Maybe people don't know they can document who goes in and out with one day codes. We uncovered an unlicensed secretary making appointments to do showings with one day codes using the Brokers ID. Our practice is to set the appointment with a one day code and then follow through with a physical check looking up the Brokers or Agents ID. When the name and the ID did not match we called the Managing Broker who was stunned. I believe her canned her because of the obvious risk of having someone like that one board.
It is just such a waste to have all those Sentrilock boxes sitting in our office. We switched everything to combo boxes which frankly we think are higher risk than the Sentrilock boxes but without one day codes the boxes its just a lump of metal.
When you first removed one day codes I think a lot of people switch boxes. You couldn't find a Home Depot which had combo boxes in stock. Basically there was a run on combo boxes.
Anyway, other than the One day code thing which really bothers me the Association does a great job.
Not happy with education classes offered. You are not offering Property management or condo association management classes. I have to seek out other associations for the training I am looking for and that is not cost affective for me.

When I have called with information regarding continuing education classes you have been very helpful. The woman I contacted didn't have the info for me immediately but emailed me a few weeks later when it became available. I really appreciated that she didn't forget me.
