The calendar for scheduled and upcoming classes is difficult to read. There should be a simple format to follow for people who want to get their Real Estate license for the first time and Managing Broker's license. I've had to reach out to Latrice on numerous occasions in order to obtain this information and that has proven to be ineffective because at times I'm not sure if my email reached Latrice, so no response was provided. This is essential for Managing Brokers because when we are looking to recruit agents, we must be able to provide the necessary information for them to get licensed.

Your classes are tremendous. Just took Realist I and II today via webinar today and it was easy to follow, easy to understand the explanations, and extremely helpful. When I call, someone gets back to me right away with a detailed explanation of my question.
Just wondering if you have any classes about the various contracts - exclusive listing, sales contract, disclosures, going thru the paragraphs, so a new agent like myself would be more comfortable answering any questions a buyer or seller might ask us when filling out the forms, or is that something our managing brokers office should help with?

I never get a response back when I inquire about anything with any staff for whom I have to leave a message. Once I called and left a message for whoever was the Director of Education in 2014 as I as hoping to start a dialogue about the need for Realtors to understand the discriminatory policy and practices as it pertains to renting to people with Housing Choice Vouchers because I know that many Realtors did not know about the policy changes from August 2013 - I received no acknowledgement or response. A few months ago, I emailed M Steed and left a message as I was trying to find out if she or someone else is the point of contact for getting information out to Realtors who may want to become involved in the community as mentors - I didn't get an acknowledgement or response. Therefore, to me it seems as if some things were not important enough even though staff is "available" to assist members. I don't need to "run away" from M.O.R.E. and go to another Realtor Association. I'm just asking that the staff be more responsive to inquiries.
