I like Indiana's MLS search radius rather than circles/squares nonsense. Their's offers 1/4, 1/2 & 1 mi up to 10 miles. Then reports for resulting CMA showing chosen criteria.
There's no printable report that I see for showing a client the market surrounding him.
Most people I've spoken to are very friendly and helpful. Also, I like the classes offered.

All questions and answered in a timely fashion. Any help I require is always answered.

Every time I call with a question, I feel that there never is a definitive answer. We are taught rules and regulations, however they seem to be flexible.
I like the earlier payment method for paying dues, however, you should be able to make partial payments and pay it off by the deadline.
