Consistently good service & answers to my questions
Same as my last survey, lack of classes and education options for part-time agents or those who cannot attend on weekdays. Agents who don't have weekday availability essentially get almost none of the benefits the organization provides.
I like the helpful staff. All the education I get because they provide it right here in Downers Grove for my convenience. The seminars and speakers are most of the time just excellent and informative for my business.
The system is pretty easy to navigate and the reminder emails.
Too expensive
Don't really see any benefit to it either than access to documents and I can get this through my brokerage
I think that things could be more specialized . Why do I have to execute a Radon disclosure on a third floor condo? Why a lead based paint disclosure on a condo or house built in 2003 ? Why any disclosures on a house that is abandoned and slated for demolition as what is essentially a land purchase? I deal with a number of estate properties. The owner has passed and the property has been empty and tied up in probate for years. Who signs the disclosures? The executor, three states away? The attorney? Most times it is an empty exercise with no benefit to anyone.
Our paperwork is not in keeping with our data rich world, with many descriminators. on most platforms.
What to do? Amend the rules and get a first class IT person to implement.
