I love using the Connect MLS System and am amazed how it continues to get better and better.
Lower dues
Allow us to obtain one day codes for the Sentrilocks. My office is on the fringe area and we often have listings into the Chicagoland area. Most Realtors do not have a Sentricard -
so in the best interest of our clients (sellers) we have to meet the Realtor at the house
so we don't miss a showing. Other Boards allow one day codes -- Main Street is the only
one that doesn't.
Staff is very knowledgable, helpful, and courteous!

There is not much you can improve due to the economics of it. With trying to service so many people so far apart, it is difficult to feel like a member. Would rather belong to a more local board but it's an office decision. Many of the classes that I might be interested in are over an hour away and that is not possible being a parent with school aged children. Those that are "local" are telecast-ed. It is what it is.

The classes and the information on the current affairs of real estate.
Managers have a long list of duties in 2015. From time to time, we just want to pick up the phone, and get an answer to a question. It is wonderful when you get a pleasant "no problem" attitude, even if it is something we should have remembered. Big Kudos to Pat O'Brien and Karen in membership for the pleasant attitude that never ends.
(There are some that are a little more abrupt and unwelcoming whose names I will NOT include. Hence the 9.)
