How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Why do you make the board dues paid in December. That's the toughest month for agent with less commission and the holiday's here. I would have given to RPAC if you would send dues out in a Spring Market where commission flow more.

What could we do to improve?

I actually have difficulty with all the good stuff being in Downers Grove I'm in the Northwest suburbs and preferred when it was in Arlington Heights so I have a tendency not to attend as many functions because of the distance not your problem more my problem. I am also out of town a lot too.
