Mainstreet is up on the latest technology. They are always improving and updating member services. They have ongoing classes to assist us in becoming and remaining professionals in the industry. Even though I don't take advantage of all the different apps/services made available to us, they are there for me.

IF I WERE STANDING FACE TO FACE WITH THE LEADERSHIP IT WOULD BE VERY DIFFICULT TO KEEP MY COMPOSURE AND NOT USE PROFANITY TO EXPRESS HOW UPSET I AM WITH THIS. IT IS UNCONSCIONABLE. I am forced to pay dues and exorbitant fees for things I don't want and or don't need. Quit buying us extra crap and lower our dues!!!!

There are too many unprofessional Realtors in Illinois. They dont give feedback. They dont cancel appts. They dont prequalify their buyers. They dont know how to write contracts. There should be a mandatory CE class for Realtor professionalism and how to write a contract using the current Il contract. But no, its the same ethics, agency and other boring classes. What do you do about it? Nothing.
